Blue Dome Resdiential Management was founded in 2015 by a local Ellis County attorney and businessman, James Moon. After more than 25 years of representing developers, homebuilders, property owners, homeowners and property owners association, and other non-profit organizations, Mr. Moon recognized a long-standing need for comprehensive community management, practical homeowner and board education, and better legal compliance support for community associations. To fulfill these needs, Blue Dome was established with the purpose of providing quality service that enriches and promotes the sense of neighborhood for the homeowners of our communities, as well as offering expert management and guidance to their Boards of Directors. From assisting subdivision developers in creating an association's governing documents to providing practical education and advice to board members to assisting homeowners in maintaining the quality and standards in their communities, and training, Blue Dome is able to provide quality management and operational/legal administration to all types of community associations. Working together with your board and residents, Blue Dome will always work toward the best interests of your association and homeowners.

Alesha Kipp
Alesha Kipp is the Association Property Manager and Office Manager for Blue Dome. With her prior experience as a former real estate agent and in the community banking industry, Alesha's efficiency and strong customer service skills provide our Communities with proven administrative support and guidance for property issues, information requests, and homeowner account management.
Hannah Moon
Hannah Moon serves as the Marketing, Social Media and IT Director for Blue Dome Management. Before joining our team, she obtained her Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from Belmont University in 2014. Hannah has previously worked in marketing, public relations and management in the entertainment and legal industries.
James P. Moon
James Moon is the President and CEO of Blue Dome. As a businessman and licensed attorney in Texas, James has represented all types of individuals, companies. nonprofits, associations in the real estates industry for over 35 years. His significant knowledge and experience in Association law and community management provides insight and expertise that few association management companies can offer.
